Small, but very nice place to sit down and relax. The food is fresh and delicious . Lots of locals indicate that I am not the only one thinking like that. I would certainly come back for another round.

Great location for this fish restaurant overlooking the marina. A decent menu with big portions and sensible pricing. Very efficient service and the food was produced quickly. Busy at 12.30 on Thursday in late July but everyone was catered for it seemed. We had fish and potatoes which was delicious. Thanks to the friendly staff, I recommend this place.

The menu features a variety of fresh fish dishes, served either warm or in a sandwich. I had the chance to try the Matthias, Hering, and Shery Hering, and each was delicious. The roll was fresh and crusty, providing a great texture contrast to the tender fish. The portions were generous, and the balance of greens and sauce was just right—neither overpowering nor lacking. What stands out is the great value for money. The quality of the food, combined with the lovely seaside ambience, makes this bistro a must-visit. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely meal with a view, Bistro Zender Nordlicht delivers a wonderful experience.
